1. Eligibility
The service is intended for business owners, technicians, and engineers over 18. Commercial use requires a Pro plan.
2. Service Description
Metal Draw AI provides an AI-powered tool for generating technical drawings. Drawings are created automatically — the user is responsible for verifying technical accuracy before use in production.
3. Acceptable Use
Prohibited: (a) attempting to bypass rate limiting; (b) using the service to generate harmful content; (c) reverse engineering the system; (d) sharing accounts across multiple users.
4. Intellectual Property
The drawings you create are yours. You retain all rights to generated output. Metal Draw AI retains intellectual property rights in the technology itself.
5. Disclaimer
Drawings are AI-generated and may contain errors. Metal Draw AI is not liable for damages resulting from using drawings without qualified engineering review.
6. Limitation of Liability
Metal Draw AI's liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
8. Changes to Terms
We will send email notice 14 days before material changes. Continued use thereafter constitutes acceptance.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981) and Distance Selling Regulations:
Right to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase at no charge, subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 — whichever is lower.
Extended Period: People with disabilities, senior citizens (65+), and new immigrants (under 5 years in Israel) are entitled to cancel within 4 months of purchase.
How to Cancel: Send a written cancellation notice to support@metaldrawai.com with your full name, order details, and cancellation request.
Refund Timeline: We will credit your payment method within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
Exceptions: SaaS services for which you have explicitly consented to waive the cancellation right upon commencement of use may not be cancelled after use has begun.
